Delete Account

You can delete your CaloReps account from inside the app or request account deletion by email.

Delete In The App

  1. 1. Open the CaloReps app.
  2. 2. Go to Profile.
  3. 3. Choose Delete Account.
  4. 4. Confirm the request with your password.

Request By Email

Email info@caloreps.com from the email address linked to your CaloReps account. Use the subject line "Delete my CaloReps account".

What Gets Deleted

  • Account login data, including your email, username, and password credentials.
  • Profile and onboarding data, including body metrics, goals, equipment, injuries, and fitness assessment results.
  • Generated training programs, workout sessions, workout logs, sets, personal records, and exercise swap history.
  • Nutrition logs, food entries tied to your account, weight logs, and progress data.
  • Friend requests, social connections, challenge participation, and leaderboard data tied to your account.
  • Subscription records stored in the CaloReps app database.

When Deletion Happens

In-app deletion is processed when you confirm the request. Email requests are reviewed and processed after we verify the account owner.
